Rainy Sundays

Hi everyone

Well we got mum for the whole week as she booked week off work for her birthday...she's 40 on 2nd March and Issac will be 8mths old too BOL. So to celebrate we off to wales for 3 days, going in a caravan on the beach front in Towyn, we cant wait....tail wags.
I have had a few more throwing up days, one day I threw up 4 times in less than 5mins....guiness world record me thinks.I have to take it more slowly but I do enjoy playing with pup Issac...hes a breath of fresh air for me.

We got holidays to look forward to Lake District in May and Cornwall in September( I'm pencilled in for this one...hope I last till then)

This rain is going on for ever I dont like getting wet...duh and I not keen on wearing my wax coat either so its a no win situation!!
Well it wouldnt be my blog without pics so heres one of the 3 amigos...Me , Issac and Bella the cat(she's 19 years oldl!!)

Lazy Sundays

Well I been sick again during the night and the morning and my stools were soft too.
Not eaten anything different so not sure why ?
Anyway I was looking very sorry for myself this morning so mum thought best if I had peace and quiet...er mum we got a puppy in the house?!!

So she decided to take Issac to the beach.......I didnt mind not going as I did need some rest.

Puppy love

Well 2nd feb Issac the puppy will be 7 mth old......
He came to live with us On the 8th dec 2010 so he has been here now exactly 55 days, not that we counting or anything hee hee.
I would like to say its not easy looking after a pup but we been lucky really as he has settled in so well.
Even the cats get on with him, Kip the ginger one has slight reservations and wont sit with him but they seem to get on ok...
Its probably been easier as I  Ted am quite a laid back easy going dog, and if truth be known(but dont tell him) hes given me a new lease of life and a reason to carry on living.
As most of you will know last few months of 2010 werent easy for me..being sick and all that, I did have a sick blip couple of weeks back but ok for now...again!!
I have always lived with dogs so when the last pack member Blackie passed away in sept 2010 (aged 15 and half) I really did miss him. So Issac has got the numbers up again....but if you listening mum..no more Issac is plenty enough.
I have 2 holidays to look forward to this year, one in the Lake District in may and hopefully (paws crossed) Somerset in september.
So who said you cant teach an old dog new tricks? Well Issac shown me how to play again and I teach him how to walk off lead, come back when called etc..
So keep watching my blog, it will have ups and downs..

Sick

Well just 23 days into the new year and guess what?... Mum won the lottery...oh yes a huge amount....£3.00 ha ha prob enough to get some dog biscuits ha ha.
No the blog today is for the fact that this morning 23rd January I was sick again. It has been a while coming but knew I would be sick again soon...duh.
It was only bile but still makes me mad....just want to be free of these setbacks but at least I still alive which  a couple of times last year it was a bit of a worry if I would make it to 2011.
So I just pick myself up and enjoy life to the full, I dont get too giddy though as I do then tend to fall over!!!
Issac the puppy has been well appreciated, he looks up to me ...as long as dont mimic me throwing up he'll be just fine.
We sleep together on the settee, keep each other warm and I like the company.....with Bella the cat always sitting with me I was starting to get a bit confused...MOL....see?!!!

Well lets hope this is just another blip, I feel ok ,bit stiff on legs when walking but mum looks after me so well.

Me and Issac

Well its a new year and everything going ok. Mum overwhelmed how well me and Issac get along. We do everything together. Play, eat and sleep. When I say play, I mainly watch as I really cant over do things!!
Here we are sleeping...

Issac booked in for agility training when older he has to be 12 mths old so hes on waiting list..which means by time hes of the right age he'll be old enough. Keep him busy he's so energetic!!!!

Mum booked our holidays for this year, one week in the lake district and one week in cornwall...we cant wait!! I may not be alive for the cornwall one as its later in the year but paws crossed!!!
Today we venturing to the pub...not too worry mum not an alcoholic!!!! BOL  Shes found a dog friendly one to try Issac with..get him accustomed to alot more people and dogs.....I may have a tipple...hee hee

We cant go out for too long though to the pub as my  cat friend Bella will get jealous....

And it wouldnt be my blog without a picture of the new recruit Issac....

And finally not forgetting the 4th member of my crew Kip the cat...she is camera shy as she was a feral cat mum took in nearly 15 years ago but managed to get pic of her when she wasnt looking..

2011.....a birthday

Well we now in the new year of 2011...no hangovers in this house.
Maybe just a headache due to all the squeaky toys that comes with having a puppy in the house?...
Well today is Issac's 6mth old birthday...I said to mum we best not be celebrating it every month?...tail wags.

We both got a sqeaky toy to celebrate...and me even though not my birthday...hee hee
Issac no doubt will run round the house with his where I will just sit with it in my mouth slowly popping it and "kill" the squeak.
